Where else would you be this autumn?

AUTUMN is the perfect time to spend the day at High Country Gardens, Gallery and Maze.

Just 15 minutes from Mansfield and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Alpine foothills, this two–hectare slice of paradise offers kids and adults so much to see and do.

The idyllic, award–winning gardens put on a dazzling autumn display, while the intricately–sculpted hedge mazes offer discoveries around every corner with gnomes to hunt, secret hidey–holes to play in and fairies and dragons to discover.

The garden café is filled with delicious milkshakes, ice creams and treats homemade by artist, gardener and owner Nicky Goudberg where tired parents and grandparents can rest their feet before they return to exploring the grounds or the gallery.

Nicky's partner and prodigiously talented artist Tony Pridham, can be found painting in the beautiful, light–filled gallery which doubles as his studio.

He regularly shows his intricate, hyperrealist, large–scale paintings of birds and other wildlife which he has carefully observed on his travels in Africa, the Americas, the UK and Europe.

As the great–nephew of Sidney Nolan, Tony hails from Australian art royalty, and his own paintings have been collected widely by museums and galleries around the world.

The High Country Gardens, Gallery and Maze is fantastic for weddings and other special events or gather family and friends for a day trip.

The angel at the front gate will let you know you've arrived so get out, explore and discover the hidden treasures for yourself today.
