THE Vine Hotel welcomes the summer weather with a host of events and live music to keep fans of all genres entertained.

Their Christmas Lunch in December and the Australian Fleetwood Mac show in January are both sold out but there is plenty to enjoy on New Year's Eve with Liam Blunts Funky Rhythm Train playing from 8.30pm until late.

This local nine piece group plays Aussie rock classics, funky soul and blues, pop, Top 40 and everything in between.

Thursday, January 26 will see the Pete Denahy Day BBQ Bash held with the legendary Pete Denahy himself to provide some fantastic live entertainment.

This will be a great family friendly event between 12pm and 4pm and includes a tasty BBQ (vegetarian options available).

The Vine is fully solar powered during the day and treated water is used on lawns from an onsite well that dates back to the 1800's.

The heritage–listed building has its place in history as a drinking hole of Ned Kelly's and the myth that Ned dug a tunnel in the cellar to hide from the police under a railway track.
