THE love of birds, the keen interest in history and a lifetime love of art has led world renowned artist, Tony Pridham in compiling, illustrating and releasing his latest project ‘Cyril’s Paradise Parrots’.
This beautifully bound and illustrated book, is available at Pridham’s own art studio at Gough’s Bay – High Country Maze, Gardens and Gallery, Gough’s Bay Road.
Other paintings of the Paradise Parrots can be also viewed (and purchased) at the High Country Maze, Gardens and Gallery, just 15 minutes from Mansfield.
Situated in the Alpine foothills, the two-hectare award winning garden blooms with hundreds of roses, carpets of spring bulbs, stunning perennials, and deciduous trees.
Lunches, morning and afternoon teas are available along with share paddock-to-plate platters; add a glass of bubbly or wine or freshly brewed tea and coffees.
And, of course, Pridham has a range of his artworks on birds, portraits and other topics available for sale – or just take time out and watch the artist at work.
