DELATITE Winery is excited to announce the launch of their new experience, Private Estate Picnics.

Over the summer months Delatite Winery will be offering four private picnic locations, all available to be pre–booked.

The landscaped picnic locations will range from two to eight people and will include a wine tasting, a picnic hamper and exclusive use of each location with picnic tables.

Delatite manager, David Ritchie, said this allows guests to enjoy the beauty of its position, in a secluded spot.

"We are lucky to have over 180–degrees of uninterrupted views of the high country and our guests love to wander when they visit us," David said.

"Now they will be able to enjoy it, with just a few friends, amongst the vines."

Guests will start the picnic with a guided tasting of Delatite's estate grown and made wines.

They will then pick up their picnic hamper, map and walk to their site.

There are two picnic hamper options both using locally sourced and seasonal produce.

The regular features estate smoked Buxton trout and charcuterie.

The vegetarian features crudité and dips, estate made frittata and cheese.

Both will also include estate made focaccia, olives, a salad and pudding.

Wine and drinks will be available to be ordered all afternoon with a QR code at the table.

They will then be hand delivered in a golf cart.

The Private Picnic spaces are perfect for any celebration from a birthday to an engagement, or if you just want to see Delatite in a different way.
